How do I add / edit / delete my children?

Your first step in using this on-line ordering tool is to add the children that you will be ordering items for. Only once you've added your children will you be able to place orders. You manage your children under the "My Chldren" page.

To add a child:

  1. Click "My Children" from the main menu. Take me there...
  2. Click the "Add New Child..." button. The "Add New Child" form will appear.
  3. Select the child's school from the drop-down list provided.
  4. Enter the child's first and last names into the corresponding boxes.
  5. Select your child's grade from the drop-down list provided.
  6. Select your child's teacher from the drop-down list provided. If your student's teacher is not listed, please inform the administrator.
  7. Click the "Save Child" button.

To edit an existing child:

  1. Click "My Children" from the main menu. Take me there...
  2. Click the edit icon ( Edit ) next to the child you wish to edit. The selected child will appear in the "Child Details" form.
  3. Update any details, as needed, and click "Save Child" to apply your changes. You can click "Cancel" at any time to discard any changes you have made.

To delete an existing child:

  1. Click "My Children" from the main menu. Take me there...
  2. Click the delete icon ( Delete ) next to the child you wish to deleted.
  3. Click "OK" when prompted to confirm your action.

Please Note: You can only delete a child if no order has been placed for them.
